— Parent of a trans teen

Phases of The work

  • Become Present

When everything feels high-stakes, the instinct is to fix, freeze, or back away. This phase is about staying grounded—even when you’re scared or uncertain—so your kid can feel your calm instead of your panic.

  • Repair with Intention

You’re going to mess up—it’s part of being human. What matters is how you come back. This phase is about showing your kid you’re willing to take accountability and stay connected, even after rupture.

  • Build Your Village

You weren’t meant to do this alone. This phase helps you find the people, tools, and boundaries that support you and your kid—while making space for grief, change, and growth. Connect with others who get it.

  • Lead with Alignment

Once you’ve built presence, trust, and support, we shift toward integration. This is about showing up in alignment with your values—navigating hard conversations, advocating in real-world situations, and parenting with steadiness instead of fear.

Coaching is for you if:

  • You’re a parent or caregiver of a trans or gender-expansive kid—whether they’re 3 or 27.

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure how to help.

  • You want to show up with more confidence, clarity, and care—and you’re ready for real support.

  • You love your kid but feel unsure of what to say or do

  • You want expert guidance that’s rooted in compassion—not shame

What parents have to say about

working with Rebecca

  • “As a cisgender parent, I don't always have the knowledge of LGBTQ issues that my child needs. Rebecca always knows just what to do, and has been a lifesaver in my child’s gender journey.”

  • “There have been times that we as parents have been just outright scared and frustrated. Rebecca has been able to both validate our concerns and lead us in the direction that best supports our whole family's well-being.”

  • “We never know what this journey will bring, and having Rebecca there, with her skill set, dedication, and heart, to guide, nudge, advocate, give you the straight talk, and facilitate communication between parent and child has made it a process of hand-in-hand growth and development vs. one of unnecessary pain, struggle and confusion.”

  • “She's given us hope. She has helped our family find its way. Rebecca is pure gold.”

You don’t have to have it all figured out—just be willing to take the next step.
I’m honored to walk alongside you.

 Parent Coaching FAQs

  • Your application will be reviewed within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday). If it’s a good fit, you’ll receive a welcome email with a short program guide and next steps. No pressure—just clarity.

  • No—this is not therapy. Coaching is strategic, judgment-free support focused on helping you show up for your kid with confidence and connection. It’s about tools, language, and emotional steadiness—not mental health diagnosis or treatment.

  • That’s expected. You don’t need to be perfect to be supported. This is a space where you can make mistakes, feel messy, and still keep showing up. You’ll get tools for repair, not judgment.

  • This coaching is for caregivers of kids of any age—from young children to teens and adults. We’ll tailor everything to your kid’s stage of life and your unique relationship.

  • You’re not alone in that. Coaching can be especially valuable when one caregiver is holding the emotional weight. We’ll work on how to navigate co-parenting dynamics, set boundaries, and stay grounded.

  • That’s a valid place to begin. Coaching makes space for your feelings—without making them your kid’s burden. We’ll work through those emotions so you can stay connected, even when it’s hard.

  • We meet for four private sessions, and how you use them is up to you and your circumstances. Some parents choose to meet monthly for the four months for steady, ongoing support. Others—especially when things feel more urgent—opt to meet more frequently. There’s no one right pace, and we’ll adjust to meet your needs.

  • Yes, once your application is accepted you will get more information on options to pay in full or make monthly payments.

Please Note: All coaching purchases are non-refundable. Sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase. This is a structured container designed to support steady progress—and honoring that timeline helps us keep the momentum going.
